Sound CS Ed is a quarterly meetup of Puget Sound CS educators, education researchers, product designers, and non-profit organizers who are passionate about bringing educating every one in Puget Sound about the power of computing.
The Code and Cognition Lab at the University of Washington, directed by Professor Amy Ko, meets weekly to discuss CS education research. Write Amy to engage.
The Puget Sound CS Teachers Association brings together CS teachers from around the region to network and organize an annual programming contest.
Code.org, which is a national CS for All advocacy organization, is headquartered in downtown Seattle, and often holds events.
